To use the Quickprem platform, you must:

- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
4. Account Registration and Security

You may use the Quickprem platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us permitting commercial use.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any platform content without prior written consent
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure

Certain seminars, courses, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Billing
Where subscription-based access is offered, billing occurs on a recurring basis as described at the point of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and accurate.
7.3 Refunds

13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@quickprem.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
13.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification - shall continue to apply.
14. Modifications to the Platform
Quickprem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Quickprem regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
